construct the Hook Drive Stormwater Force Main and Lift Station in an amount not to exceed
$487,041.00.

2. Resolution No. R2012‐21, a resolution authorizing the transfer of monies appropriated in theWater
Fund to the Water Capital Reserve Fund. (2nd

3. Resolution No. R2012‐22, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current
expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State
of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2012 and declaring an emergency. (General Fund,

THOUGHT THE CITY WAS DOWNSIZING? REPLACE RETIRING/RESIGNING PEOPLE PERHAPS?

WHY DO WE NEED AN ASSISTANT FINANCE DIRECTOR? WHY DIRECTOR LEVEL WITH BLOATED SALARY AND BENNIES AND WHY ADD TO AN ALREADY TOP HEAVY HIERARCHY? WASTE OF TAXPAYER MONEY GILLELAND. CAN'T CAROLUS HANDLE IT BY HIMSELF?
