No Trick or Treat At The Middletown City Building This Year

We will not have Trick or Treat in the City Building for 2010. The fire and police divisions each
have a program in place where they distribute candy to neighborhoods in the city. The candy
goes very quickly, so we are using the money budgeted for the building trick or treat to
supplement police and fire candy to enable them to reach even more children in the
community. A win-win situation for all!
