Performing Arts Academy's 2015 Inaugural Golf Tournament

Middletown Tube Works, who are hosting the event, invite local golfers to join the Performing Arts Academy for their inaugural golf tournament on Monday, October 5th, 2015 at the Browns Run Country Club in Middletown.

The Driving Range and Putting Green will be open at 10:00 am. Registration and Lunch will be from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm with the Shotgun start beginning at 1:00 pm.

All proceeds from the tournament will benefit the Performing Arts Academy. The Performing Arts Academy has grown from a handful of children and two instructors in 2008 to a program that now produces 12 annual theatre productions and offers private music lessons year-round to more than 230 young people and adults.

There are 9 different Sponsorship Levels:

Dinner Sponsor - $2,000 - Includes two teams, company banner featured at dinner, full page ad in souvenir program, featured hole signage, company recognition at dinner program.

Lunch Sponsor - $1,500 - Includes two teams, company banner featured at lunch, full page ad in souvenir program, practice green signage, company recognition at dinner program.

Beverage Sponsor - $1,000 - Includes two teams, company banner featured on beverage cart, full page ad in souvenir program. Provides 2 drink tickets to each player.

Corporate Sponsor - $750 - Includes one team, full page ad in souvenir program, signage on tee-box.

Driving Range Sponsor - $500

Team - $400

Souvenir Program Sponsor - $250 - Includes 1/2 page ad in souvenir program. 

Tee or Green Sponsor - $150

Individual Participant - $125
