LEGISLATION
 

1. Fiscal Officer Certificate, receive and file fiscal officer certificate in connection with the proposed issuance of $995,000 notes in anticipation of the issuance of bonds for the purpose of paying the costs of providing for municipal off-street parking by demolishing an existing parking garage and other structures and constructing an at-grade public surface parking lot on their site, together with all necessary appurtenances and related improvements. The estimated life or period of usefulness of the improvement is at least five years. The estimated maximum maturity of the Bonds, calculated in accordance with Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, is twenty (20) years.
 

2. Ordinance No. O2010-50, an ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum principal amount of $995,000 for the purpose of paying the costs of providing for municipal off-street parking by demolishing an existing parking garage and other structures and constructing an at-grade public surface parking lot on their site, together with all necessary appurtenances and related improvements, and declaring an emergency. (First read on July 20, 2010)
 

3. Fiscal Officer Certificate, receive and file fiscal officer certificate in connection with the proposed issuance of bonds in the maximum principal amount of $5,200,000, to be issued for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, equipping and furnishing a community learning center. The estimated life or period of usefulness of the Improvement is at least five years. The estimated maximum maturity of the Bonds, calculated in accordance with Section 133.20 of the Revised Code, is thirty (30) years.
 

4. Ordinance No. O2010-51, an ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum principal amount of $5,200,000 for the purpose of paying the costs of acquiring, constructing, equipping and furnishing a Community Learning Center, together with all necessary appurtenances and related improvements, approving construction of that learning center, approving and authorizing the execution of various agreements relating thereto; and designating the area within the City as a Recovery Zone and making findings in connection therewith. (2nd reading)
 

5. Resolution No. R2010-20, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2010, (Nuisance Abatement)(General Fund). (2nd reading)
 

6. Resolution No. R2010-21, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2010, (Legal Ads) (General Fund). (2nd reading)
 

7. Fiscal Officer Certificate, receive and file fiscal officer certificate in connection with the proposed issue of $35,492 principal amount of bonds in regards to the cost of repairing certain sidewalks, curbs and gutters in the City of Middletown. The estimated life or period of usefulness of the Improvement is at least five years.
 

8. Ordinance No. O2010-52, an ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of $35,492 bonds to pay the property owners portion, in anticipation of the collection of special assessments heretofore levied, of the costs of repairing certain sidewalks, curbs and gutters in the City of Middletown, together with all necessary appurtenances, and declaring an emergency.
 

9. Resolution No. R2010-22, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2010, and to declare an emergency. (UDAG Fund and Downtown Improvement Fund) no action until August 17, 2010.
 

10. Ordinance No. O2010-53, an ordinance authorizing a development agreement with Pendleton Art Center, LLC and declaring an emergency – no action until August 17, 2010.
 

11. Ordinance No. O2010-54, an ordinance authorizing a contract with Barrett Paving Materials to for improvements to various streets in connection with the sidewalk, curb and gutter program and declaring an emergency – no action until August 17, 2010.
