Alot to whine about Tudor Brown (of the Highlands Area). Want to change the whining? Eliminate the source for the whining. Fire all the dipsticks down at city hall.

TudorBrown may not have as much to whine about after this year.  If I've read the HUD modified plan in this week's council workbook correctly, the Highlands is the "disadvantaged neighborhood" that the city has chosen to "help" this year!!! LOL LOL LOL
