   According to several sources Mr Waldon and his business partners defaulted on a recent downtown real estate deal.
Evidently the default was caused by $20,000 in bad checks written as a deposit on the deal.
Did Gilliland check into this before signing off on Bank One deal?

	Bet the a nasty stain is on the people who he defaulted with added to the stain from the Red Onion guy. Understand the line Stained is giving is not the entire truth, but fits with what is best for them and their $10K investors to save face. Completely understandable, right?
