Two Simple Questions:
1)  Who will the city end up approving for the purchase of the soon-to-be cleared site of the former Strand/Studio Theater?
2)  What will the be the city's asking price for the purchase of this Central Avenue/Vail Avenue property?
3)  Is the city really using additional General Fund dollars to cover the $157,100 staff "mistake" in paying for this project?
