	OOPS, that looks like something that would happen in Middletown. Don't worry we'll just bill the Taxpayer for the repair and damages, after we hire a consultant and form a committee to ascertain what went wrong. We Will then form a committee of our of towner's to ascertain whether Middletown Residents came to the proper conclusion and we will post all meeting notices 48 hrs. after the meeting has occurred. Damn it ought to take the City and Council about 18-24 months to clear up that mess. Yes, I am being facetious..
