	Wasteful> No you wont see all that $ 75-100 million elsewhere, because 75% of section8 is in the 2nd ward so what is your point? Believe me I know i live in the 2nd ward.

	Wasteful I live in Ward 2 and I can tell ya that City Council is not doing Ward 2 any big favors...(that's why ya need the Ward System) EXAMPLE #1 - Hi Speed Train - This sounds like a wonderful thing until you live near the railroad tracks in Ward 2 and the trains horns keep you awake day and night. The City said 15 years ago they would install double arm crossings guards years ago to stop the train horns within City limits. Now they want more trains...I'm still waiting for the noise to stop. EXAMPLE #2 - Coke Plant - Yes sir another great thing that City Council gave Ward 2...more pollution...as if AK Steel and Cohen Bros isn't enough. EXAMPLE #3 - Section 8 - I would venture to say that Ward 2 has more Section 8 housing than any other ward....and the number just keeps growing. Another big THANKS to City HAll and Mr. Kohler for making us into HUDTOWN EXAMPLE #4 - New HUD Buildings - They will be doing a bunch of demo of old housing and building more HUD Housing. This is not the planned community of anyones dreams.....however.....City Hall sure did place a nice green buffer zone around the Main Street Historic District so no HUD housing would be near their property. (Need to redraw Ward Map and remove historic district from Ward 2) EXAMPLE #5 - Raw Sewage - That was the latest gift that the City gave me. I have been paying for the new sewer pipes for years. When will the City give us what we really need in Ward 2?

	OK and now you vote out your ward 2 Rep. com November and you have what 1 New Rep. and 2 at large. Folks I don't see much of anything being done in any of the wards period. Hamilton seems to be moving along and running some decent commercials to attract new business on TV and they don't operate onthe ward system. Don't hear them screaming in the press about it. Middletown is what spending 2.5-3 years deciding on Section 8. The problem is Middletown residents have become complacent and don't come together as a group and say enough is enough.
