Middletown resident Jimmy D. Rogers is a lifelong blues and boogie piano player with over 4,000 gigs under his belt. He recently won the Greater
Cincinnati Blues Challenge, earning a slot at the 2009
International Blue Challenge in Memphis, and his album Backburner
Boogie made Dayton`s 10 Best Local Releases in 2001. 

Recently signed with Alpha Dawg records, and with a new release coming this fall, Jimmy will play original cuts as well as blues standards.

	I would post photos of Jimmy here. As a way for people to see if they recognize him. Also I believe people like photos better than words. Together they do a better job telling the story and or promoting a cause.

	Jimmy D. Rogers passed the photos below along to me to share with everyone. The first one is from is forthcoming release with Alpha Dawg Records. I may have some mp3 samples to share from this release, as well--I'll post links to them here, if I can.
