Computer Tech Up to $35K to Start

Job Description

To install and maintain computer systems and networks. Your job will be to perform installations, routine maintenance and repairs. We need an individual with hands-on and customer consultation capability. In other words we need a friendly computer problem-solver. Someone who is handy with computers and can work with companies and individuals to solve tablet, smartphone, notebook computer and network hardware, application and connectivity issues.

Additional Requirements

Additionally the computer technician must learn to install and support NVR camera surveillance equipment sold by Camera Security Now. Lastly the individual must support other company functions such as accounting, sales and marketing. This may require blogging, social media assistance, inventory control, shipping log auditing, or dropping off info to a prospect in the area.

Platforms

Generally we work with Windows and Apple OS and networks. As far as hardware goes we work with cisco routers & switches; Windows servers, desktops, notebooks; Apple iMac, iPads, iPhones, MacBook Pro; others. Software generally Microsoft, Adobe, Apple, other products.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Good Driving Record
• General Computer Skills
• Working Knowledge of Wired/Wireless Networks
• Computer Virus Scanning
• Able to Lift over 50lbs
• Motivation to Make Computers Their Career
• A+ Certification (If you are not A+ Certified we will require you to become certified. We pay for your first test and testing material.)

Compensation

Full Time Work

• Up to $35,000.00 to start depending on experience and capabilities
