Under the authority of O.R.C. 121.22 (G) (2) To consider the purchase of 
property for 

public purposes, or for the sale of property at competitive bidding, if 
premature 

disclosure of information would give an unfair competitive or bargaining 
advantage. 

6. CONSENT AGENDA. . . Matters listed under the Consent Agenda are considered to 
be 

routine and will be enacted by one motion and one vote of consent. There will be 
no 

separate discussion of these items. If discussion is desired, that item will be 
removed 

and considered separately.

under 

Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended for 
fiscal 

year 2014. (2nd Reading). 

3. Ordinance No. O2014-09, an ordinance establishing rules and regulations for 
the 

Middletown Cemetery.(1st Reading) 

4. Resolution No. R2014-02, a resolution authorizing the purchase of real 
property, 

specifically Parcel Nos. Q6511-023-000-005, Q6511-023-000-006, Q6511-023-000-

007, Q6511-023-000-008, Q6511-023-000-009 and Q6511-023-000-010. (1st Reading)
