1272.04  SIGN DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
(3)   Right-of-way.
 No sign or structure other than official highway markers shall be 
placed within any street or highway right-of-way. The City Manager or 
his or her designee may remove or cause to be removed any unlawful sign 
in the public right-of-way.

	I wish all signs were prohibited. Especially at polling places. They just look stupid. They detract from the fall / halloween decorations
