   Haven't heard anything about the infamous land acquisition attempt in Franklin. Anyone know the status of the appeal from the Middletown schools? When was the appeal hearing suppose to happen? Been so long ago, I've lost track of what's going on. OR, has it been decided and due to the decision, Dr. Steve doesn't want to talk about it anymore?

	I heard that the land stays in Franklin Schools. Middletown was appealing but doesn't look like they will be annexing.
