	It's a shame that some people think that way about certain areas ~ 8 Sutphin is a very nice house for the money. It has been up graded and well maintained. The neighbors next to this listing keep their home nice also. Many of the older neighborhoods have well built houses and many keep them up. When Sutphin's road is finished, it will be nicer through the area. These houses are close to the bus line and within walking distance to needed stores. For someone on a lower income, wanting a home, this house has much to offer ~ take a look @ some of the other homes priced @ $65,000. This present homeowner has pride in his home and has made many of the high dollar investments/improvements.
