   The BCCHC seems like it wants to do a lot of good for the community and the area they want to locate seems like a perfect spot for them with all of the low income housing in the area. According to Middletown Law Director Les Landen the Consortium has been trying to get into Middletown for nearly a decade. What's the big issue?
