Alley Paving/Bike Path/Cemeteries & City Staff??

   I recently learned from City staff (names withheld) that most of the controversial CDBG-funded alley paving projects are situated in Ward One adjacent to a relative of a City Council member.

I also was informed by a Ward Two resident that the alley next to the home of Miss Vivian Moon is being repaved via the same CDBG funds.

Surely the above is purely coincidental?  After all, no money was/is available for the Historic Pioneer Cemetery that Miss Vivian has contributed so much to over the past five years.

It sure looks like a case of "here's mud in your face" Miss Vivian!"
