Sound familiar?

This land was to be Industrial, but along University we ended up with a now empty shopping center, used car lots and commercial buildings that look more like garages than a place of doing business.

There was some industry.  Square D, which is now occupied by N-Stock is an industrial tenant in this area. But I wouldn't say this developed into an industrial park.

	Clearing the old Target site for industrial would not be the worst idea.
