Nice Post.
With the economy getting tighter I think many small businesses will be forced to become more tech savy, especially if they have no existing I.T. staff.
Those companies that do have an I.T. staff will most likely continue to look for ways to reduce their costs, or effectively add to their technical capabilities, by outsourcing some tech labor to those companies that specialize in computer service.

Great Post - Great Points - Don't forget that if disaster strikes, you can get up and running fast with a plan that includes renting equipment if you need a temporary fix.

I can not tell you how many time I have had to tell someone their HDD is crashed only to next ask them if they have a backup, the answer is almost always NO. |

We used t have an employee who would tell people "I guess the data was not really that important if you did not even bother to back it up" needless to say the clients did not find it amusing.
