	So--what did Mr.Murphy accomplish in his lame duck period as the city's economic development director? And--outside of securing a position with the group who funded his European and Vegas junkets(while on city time), what did he accomplish in his last six months on the job, AND what projects are currently in the works? What has the new dept.hiree done so far?
