[/QUOTNelson - if you are going to post, be more forthcoming in your posts.  You know very well that the buildings are not tax exempt.  They were granted exemptions based on being located in a CRA, and the exemptions are for improvements resulting in increased building value.  The properties are not tax exempt 100%
