WOMEN IN NETWORKING TO FEATURE WWII WASP BETTY TURNER

Mid-Miami Valley Chamber of Commerce Women in Networking luncheon will feature a WWII WASP, Betty S Turner. Ms. Turner, a war veteran and author of the book “Out of the Blue and Into History” will share her experiences with Chamber members and guests on May 8, 2003.

In honor of Mother’s Day and the timeliness of the topic, many Chamber member WIN attendees may wish to invite men or women guests with a special interest in the military history topic. Chamber member guests will be admitted at the special Chamber member price of $13.50 for this one luncheon.

Each month the Women in Networking luncheon presents an opportunity to meet new business contacts and hear a speaker of particular interest to women.

The current series of WIN luncheons is sponsored by the Pratt & Singer Co., LPA law firm.

Call 422-4551 or visit the Chamber website at www.mmvchamber.org for reservations. Those who attend are urged to bring canned goods to be donated to the Feed the Hungry project and gently used business clothing for the Room For Change project.
