Mark your calendars!!  August 17th, 2013 is PAWS-A-PALOOZA on the corner of Manchester and Verity Parkway at Governor’s Square.

PAWS-A-PALOOZA is an “Animal Awareness Event! From 10 AM to 6 PM visitors will find family-friendly fun. Come and learn about animal safety for the kids.  Meet the people who work to save animals every day and learn how you can help PAWS Adoption Center. Watch search and rescue demonstrations, try an obstacle course for your dog, visit with PAWS adoption alumni and check out other activities for you and your pet. Low cost micro- chipping will be available for your pet from All About Petcare. There will be many pet related vendors such as pet safe gardens by Organic Gardens by Meg and unique items for sale, as well as food and drink from local restaurants.  PAWS-A-PALOOZA will also be highlighting veterinarians, rescues (like the Cincinnati Pit Crew), shelters and adoptions from other areas.

Evening activities from 6 - 11 PM will feature local bands like Swamp Bees, Stagger Lee, Adrienne Rose Music, The Exploding Toads and Chris Lester & Cecil Delloma on stage at Governors Square.  There will be cold beer and great food also available. PAWS Adoption Center is a private, no-kill, non-profit animal shelter located in Middletown, Ohio and is dedicated to providing care and shelter for unwanted dogs and cats and placing them in loving homes.
