III. LEGISLATION

1. Ordinance No. O2008-41, an ordinance changing the zoning classification for a parcel of land approximately 112 acres located west of Shaker Road and north of the former corporation line of the city prior to the annexation of this parcel to D-2 (Low Density Dwelling) (2ND Reading).

 

2. Ordinance No. O2008-42, an ordinance changing the zoning classification for a parcel of land approximately 125 acres located east of north Union Road and north of the former corporation line of the city prior to the annexation of this parcel to IPO (Industrial Office Park) (2ND Reading).

 

3. Ordinance No. O2008-43, an ordinance amending Section 209.03 (city contracts, payments, retainers) of the Codified Ordinances. (1st Reading)

IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION

Under the authority of ORC 121.22 (G) (3) for conferences with an attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action.
