II. LEGISLATION
1. Resolution No. R2009-26, a resolution making an appointment to the Butler County 9-1-1 Planning
Committee (2nd Reading).
2. Ordinance No. O2009-82 , an ordinance authorizing a participation agreement with the Board of Commissioners of Butler County to utilize the Butler County 800 Megahertz Safety Communication System and declaring an emergency.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Meeting will adjourn until 6:30 p.m. and Council will participate in a joint meeting with Middletown City Schools and Miami University Middletown at the same location.
