LEGISLATION
1. Resolution No. R2010-22, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2010, and to declare an emergency. (UDAG Fund and Downtown Improvement Fund) first read on August 3, 2010.
2. Ordinance No. O2010-53, an ordinance authorizing a development agreement with Pendleton Art Center, LLC and declaring an emergency – first read on August 3, 2010.
3. Ordinance No. O2010-54, an ordinance authorizing a contract with Barrett Paving Materials to for improvements to various streets in connection with the sidewalk, curb and gutter program and declaring an emergency – first read on August 3, 2010.
4. Resolution No. R2010-23, a resolution encouraging the Governor and the General Assembly not to reduce the Local Government allocation and declaring an emergency.
5. Ordinance No. O2010-55, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with Anderson Recreational Design for the installation of additional playground equipment at Old South Park. (1st Reading)
6. Resolution No. R2010-24, a resolution endorsing the creation of a Main Street Program for downtown Middletown. (1st Reading)

III. 6:30 P.M. - PUBLIC HEARING – Zone Map Amendment of 1036 S. Verity Parkway (old Taft School site)
9. Ordinance No. O2010-57, an ordinance changing the zoning classification for a parcel of land approximately 5.3 acres located on the west side of Verity parkway and bordered by Lincoln Street on the west to P-2 (Professional Service) District. (1st Reading)
