Good With a Basketball and Good With the Books

Lena Habash First Girl on Boys Tennis Team
Girls tennis is a fall sport. Boys tennis is a spring sport. Lena Habash wanted to run Cross Country. So, instead of continuing with the girls tennis team, she made the switch to boys tennis at the invitation of the male tennis players including her brother Tariq. Now she can participate in both cross country and ten-nis. How many parents can say both their son and daughter play on the same sports team?
