On Thursday, September 24, 2009 at 11:30am to 1:00pm Keep Middletown Beautiful will hold its awards ceremony at Miami University of Middletown. The event will be held in room 142 at the campus community center.
Businesses, Agencies and Homes are judged and will be given awards for keeping Middletown Beautiful in 2009. Keep Middletown Beautiful is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2008. This organization was founded by the late Della Ewalt, a dedicated teacher and well respected member of the community.
The Board of Trustees for Keep Middletown Beautiful are as follows; Jeff Michel President, Ethel Banks V. President, Lynn Getter Treasurer, MaJo Roof Secretary,
Ruth Sauer ,Ethel Banks, Diana Elkins, Gail Blevins, Rob Stamper, Cathy Howell, Marie Pendergrass, Anna Gentry, Doris Baden City Parks Liaison and City Council Liaison, Jim Armbruster.
