What is going on at Towne Blvd.

   Between Meijer's and Kroger what is the City doing?  Looks like they are making potholes and then just filling them in rather than re-doing the whole section of Town Blvd.  Looks liek they will have to appropriate more Pothole funds next spring.

	The first step in repaving is to repair any damage that gets into the substrate. Once that is all done the Grinder and Paver move in. It sounds like they are doing it right.

	Why are they grinding out small holes and cracks and then refilling them with pavement if they are going to grind the whole road? Why not do what they did on Manchester and Dixie Hwy, Grind the whole road and re-pave it?
