It sounds like they are doing it right. Posted By: wasteful Date Posted: Jun 10 2010 at 5:08pm Why are they grinding out small holes and cracks and then refilling them with pavement if they are going to grind the whole road?  Why not do what they did on Manchester and Dixie Hwy, Grind the whole road and re-pave it?
