He represents developers against the City and wants to represent the City at the same time?

Come on Pratt don't lawyers have some kind of code of ethics?

	Wait a minute folks......a few years ago, Pratt's partner, Andrew Singer left the partnership due to a disagreement between the two. That left Greggie with a big mortgage to pay by himself at the corner of Rosedale and Breile. He needs all the cash he can muster. I would think that big old fancy lawyer's building has a hefty mortgage payment attached to it. He also has a big old fancy lawyer house with a big old hefty mortgage payment that he lives in over on Curryer doesn't he?
