Looks like Mr. Pratt is taking advantage of the City and the City is more then willing to let him! He represents developers against the City and wants to represent the City at the same time? Come on Pratt don't lawyers have some kind of code of ethics? |

Wait a minute folks......a few years ago, Pratt's partner, Andrew Singer left the partnership due to a disagreement between the two. That left Greggie with a big mortgage to pay by himself at the corner of Rosedale and Breile. He needs all the cash he can muster. I would think that big old fancy lawyer's building has a hefty mortgage payment attached to it.  He also has a big old fancy lawyer house with a big old hefty mortgage payment that he lives in over on Curryer doesn't he?
