	I don't get that statement. If our parking lot is not as full as the city expects would they put us on the list?

	wow--the way this month's business trend is going, my locations could well be designated as "grayfield" areas by spring time. The old Hills/Kroger Center--the old Wards building--the abandoned AK complex--the old paper mills--the Cohen mess in the center of town(now un-fenced)--the old Country Buffet site--the Savealot/old target area--the list goes on. Yet downtown has NOT been designated as such. why not?
