Looks like part of Liberty Spirits along Central Avenue got sold off by Mr. Robinette, and the new owners are opening up this weekend.  Best of luck to them!
There are two types of people: those that talk the talk and those that walk the walk. People who walk the walk sometimes talk the talk but most times they don't talk at all, 'cause they walkin.'

Best wishes to the owners!
Duly noted that the whole complex including remaining Liberty was financed by citizen tax $$$
Hopefully the businesses contribute to city causes and needs

Evidently the above post did more than damage the ego of a principal involved in this area. While I stand by my thinking that years ago, these properties were purchased by the city admin with taxpayer $$, in no way did I intend to demean the hard work and positive effort to develop the sites, and I was 100% sincere in congratulations, thank you and hope to the new owners and their plans to make this venture a success and positive entity in the community.

Wouldn't sweat it too much-with the over saturation of the market with all these places there's going to be more than a few bruised egos (and bank accounts) when the thinning of the herd begins....
