Two Middletown Police department patrol cars were parked near the railroad tracks west of Vannest Avenue just west of where Riverview Avenue dead ends into Vannest, as a life squad truck from the Middletown Fire Department arrived at 2:30 am this morning, Sunday, February 10, 2013.
The headlight of a train could be seen stopped not far from the location.
