My wife and I attended Light Up Middletown earlier this evening for the first time in several years.  It has really grown and deserves the description "new and improved" (at least from the last time that we toured it).

I can recommend that anyone who has never been there (or who has not been there for a few years) should go sometime over this Christmas season.  I also urge those who attend to leave a donation, generous within their means, as they enter.

Side note:  Motorists NOT heading for "Light Up" should take care to avoid North Main Street/Tytus Avenue, between Reinartz and Verity Parkway during evening hours.  You will get caught in the Light Up traffic and will have to endure something rare in Middletown:  A traffic jam!!!  There is only one lane in each direction, so there is no way around it once you get into it.
