   According the Middletown Journal, the body is of a 39 year old man who was at the park today with his family when he jumped the splash pad fence and went and jumped into the pond and never resurfaced.

	His body was recovered after 5 hours of hard work from law enforcement, the fire dept, and many others. Many thanks go out to Chick Fil A inside the Dayton Mall near Elder Beerman for providing a bounty of food for all those involved and to the Red Cross for doing what they do best. Remember his family in your prayers.
