Lets see Mr. Mulligan, your approach is to float a trial ballon on another attempt at raisng another .25%, maybe .50% because the city spent around $100 Mm funds to keep city hall fat and content by taking dedicated funds meant for streets for 20 years. So instead of reversing the former ordinance, can't do that because the feasting down at Donham must continue, then the voters must have a right to fix the streets that will require about 55 years to do, because of the previous movement to let the roads fall aprt to keep employee benefits and payroll high?
And because the city council let in so much section 8 and benefitted the city to declare >50% of the population on poverty levels, destroying property values and one's ability to get out of Dodge, aka, Middletown, the school district needs the levy passed, because without it, they will continue to fail because of the poor socio-economic levels within Middletown brought forth from city council's decisions?
Undoubtedly, this sound logic will pass with flying colors in Middletown. Is this planet earth, or has Middletown entered a new solar system?
