   At last nights meeting Mr. Laubach and Mr. Smith were both in attendance taking notes and paying close attention to all issues being discussed. Mr. Picard was not at last nights meeting. I did speak with Mr. Picard this past Friday about doing an interview with MiddletownUSA, he said he would love to and for me to send over the questions. He explained that he was going out of town for a few days and would send me his answers upon his return. This could be the reason he was not at last nights meeting
