Does anyone think that the mention of spending $4 million next year on roads was a shot across the bow of some citizens wanting to bring back the Infrastructure Fund?

Considering that nothing has been done this year I would say it's "an election time ploy" to attempt to keep some people seated. And where all of a sudden is the $4 million coming from ?
