   Mr. Adkins,

What is your response to questions raised about confusion regarding your recent answers to Randy Lewis?  Did you send a Substantial Amendment to HUD - Columbus for the FY 2009 CDBG Annual Action Plan or was it the NSP - Round One grant as you said?  How could you send either document to HUD if the City Council has yet to have a second reading on this matter yet?  And, after so much money has been spent over the past 3.5 years on the six FHA Dollar Homes that you listed for demolition, how can you justify this?  I don't know about Randy, but us voters sure want to know!
