   During the MPHA meeting this past Tuesday you quoted from HUD 
NOTICE PIH 2007-6 (HA).  In reading the Notice on the HUD web site I noticed
that the HUD Notice has an expiration date of 2 years ago on March 31, 2008.  
Does the fact that this Notice has expired affect its validity?

	I could find where the Notice was extended until March 31, 2009, but was unable to locate any further extension of this Notice by HUD past its expiration date of March 31, 2009: http://www.hud.gov/offices/pih/publications/notices/ This Notice extends Notice PIH 2007-6 (HA), same subject, which will expire on March 31, 2008, for another year until March 31, 2009. http://www.disasterhousing.gov/offices/pih/publications/notices/08/pih2008-19.pdf
