(g) Approve a three year contract with A. E. David Company of Dayton, Ohio, for
uniforms for the Division of Fire in an amount not to exceed $45,000 for each
year.
MOTION AGENDA
(a) To approve a contract for the maintenance and upgrades of
the Gateway landscaping, located at I-75 and SR 122, from T. R. Gear
Landscaping, Inc., of Fairfield,
OH, in the total amount of
$117,231.17.

1. Ordinance No. O2017-13, an ordinance authorizing a
contract with Kelchner, Inc., for the Yankee
Road (Phase 3) Project and declaring an emergency.

2. Ordinance No. O2017-14, an ordinance approving an
agreement with made Industrial Park, LLC, Made Industrial Park TR, LLC and The
Opus Group providing for the construction of a facility to be used as a
distribution center as a development project and tax exemption pursuant to the
state urban jobs and enterprise zone program, and making determination in
connection therewith, and declaring an emergency. (No action requested until
April 4, 2017)
3. Ordinance No. O2017-15, an ordinance authorizing the City
Manager to enter into a contract with the Ohio Department of Transportation for
the replacement of a traffic signal controller, and declaring an emergency. (No
action requested until April 4, 2017)
4. Resolution No. R2017-07, a resolution authorizing an
agreement granting tax abatement to Lydia Montgomery and Richard Montgomery for
redevelopment of 1201 Central
Avenue in the Downtown Middletown Community
Reinvestment Area. (First Reading)
