MOTION AGENDA
(a) To
authorize the City Manager to enter into professional services contract CH2M to
prepare construction plans to upgrade the Kensington Pump Station.
COUNCIL COMMENTS
LEGISLATION
1. Resolution No. R2017-02, a resolution requesting the
Auditor of Butler County to advance to the Treasurer of the City of Middletown,
Ohio, taxes assessed and collected for and on behalf of the City of Middletown,
Ohio and declaring an emergency.
2. Resolution No. R2017-03, a resolution declaring it
necessary to renew a tax in excess of the ten mill limitation for the purpose
to supplement the General Fund for the purpose of making appropriations for
providing or maintaining Senior Citizens Services and/or facilities as set
forth in Ohio Revised Code Section 5705.19(Y) and determining to proceed to
submit the question of renewing such tax to the electors of the City of
Middletown, Ohio, at the election on May 2, 2017, in accordance with Section
5705.19(Y) of the Ohio Revised Code and declaring an emergency.
3. Ordinance No. O2017-01, an ordinance establishing a
procedure for and authorizing a contract with Easton Telecom for
telecommunication circuits, and declaring an emergency.

O2017-02, an ordinance authorizing an amendment to the Community Reinvestment
Area Agreement between City of Middletown, Historic Goetz Tower, LLC and
