LEGISLATION
1. Resolution No. R2016-36, a resolution authorizing the
City Manager to submit an application to the Ohio Public Works Commission for
Project Year 31 requesting funding for improvements to various local streets
throughout the City, to enter into agreements for such funding, and declaring
an emergency.
2. Resolution No. R2016-37, a resolution authorizing an
agreement granting tax abatement to Torchlight Pass LLC for redevelopment of 1131 Central Avenue
in the Downtown Middletown Community Reinvestment Area. (2nd Reading)
3. Ordinance No. O2016-36, an ordinance repealing Chapter
418 (Automated Traffic Control Photographic System) of the Codified Ordinances
of Middletown. (1st Reading)
4. Ordinance No. O2016-37, an ordinance authorizing the City
