Council Recommendations
(f) To authorize the City Manager to enter into professional
services contract with Brown and Caldwell to prepare a sewer collection system
Capacity, Management, Operations and Maintenance (CMOM) Plan.
(g) To recommend a contract with Bowser-Morner, Inc., of Dayton, Ohio,
in the amount of $28,145 for the drilling services for two monitoring wells in
the City’s wellfield.

Record with Employee Benefits, International (EBI), of Independence, Ohio, for
the City’s Health Care Services

LEGISLATION
1. Ordinance No. O2016-17, an ordinance enacting and adopting
the 2014 and 2015 supplements to the Codified Ordinances of the City of
Middletown, Ohio. (2nd Reading)
2. Resolution No. R2016-13, a resolution authorizing the
City Manager to submit an application to the Ohio Department of Transportation,
Ohio Airport Grant Program for FY16 requesting funding for improvements at the
Middletown Regional Airport, to enter into agreements for such funding, and
declaring an emergency.
3. Ordinance No. O2016-18, an ordinance establishing a
procedure for and authorizing a contract with AVI/SPL for the purchase and
installation of audio and video equipment. (1st Reading)
4. Ordinance No. O2016-19, an ordinance establishing a
procedure for and authorizing the extension of the current contract with
Smartbill LTD. for the printing and mailing of water bills. (1st Reading)
5. Ordinance No. O2016-20, an ordinance establishing a
procedure for and authorizing the extension of the current contract with
Smartbill LTD. for the printing and mailing of tax bills. (1st Reading)
