LEGISLATION
1. Ordinance No. O2015-67, an ordinance authorizing a
contract for the purchase of new medic units from Penn Care, Inc. and declaring
an emergency.
2. Ordinance No. O2015-68, an ordinance establishing a
procedure for and authorizing an amendment to a contract with John R.
Jurgensen, Co. for additional work on the 2015 Local Street Improvement Project
and declaring an emergency.
3. Resolution No. R2015-41, a resolution to make adjustments
to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of
Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending
December 31, 2015 and declaring an emergency. (Appropriations Transfer –
General Fund)
4. Resolution No. R2015-42, a resolution to make adjustments
to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of
Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending
December 31, 2015 and declaring an emergency. (Appropriation transfers –
General Fund, Income Tax Fund, Law Enforcement Mandatory Drug Fine Fund and
Health Fund).
5. Resolution No. R2015-43, a resolution to make adjustments
to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of
Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending
December 31, 2015 and declaring an emergency. (General Fund, Income Tax Fund,
Housing Assistance Fund, Termination Pay Fund, Towne Mall/Hospital TIF Fund,
Renaissance North TIF Fund, Renaissance South TIF Fund, Downtown Improvement
Fund, Airport Fund, 2010 Lefferson Road Sewer Special Assessment Fund, Main

8. Ordinance No. O2015-70, an ordinance authorizing an
addendum to the collective bargaining agreement between the City And The
Fraternal Order Of Police, Ohio Labor Council (Dispatchers) for the years
January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2016 and declaring an emergency.
9. Ordinance No. O2015-71, an ordinance authorizing an
addendum to the collective bargaining agreement between the City and the
Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council (Police Civilian Employees) for
the years January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2016 and declaring an emergency.
10. Ordinance No. O2015-72, an ordinance authorizing a
collective bargaining agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #36
(Patrol Officers) for the years November 1, 2015 through October 31, 2018 and
declaring an emergency.
11. Ordinance No. O2015-73, an ordinance authorizing a
collective bargaining agreement with the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #36
(Sergeants & Lieutenants) for the years November 1, 2015 through October
31, 2018 and declaring an emergency.
12. Ordinance No. O2015-74, an ordinance establishing a
procedure for and authorizing a third amendment to a contract with Cardno ATC
for demolition and remediation of the STM/Wrenn Papermill site and declaring an
emergency.
13. Ordinance No. O2015-75, an ordinance establishing a
procedure for and authorizing a second amendment to the contract with
Metropolitan Environmental Services, Inc. for remediation of the STM/Wrenn
Papermill site and declaring an emergency.
14. Ordinance No. O2015-76, an ordinance authorizing a
comprehensive compensation agreement with the Middletown City
School District and
declaring an emergency.
