Application COUNCIL COMMENTS
LEGISLATION
1. Resolution No. R2015-32, a resolution authorizing the
City Manager to submit an application to the Ohio Public Works Commission for
Project Year 30 requesting funding for improvements to Yankee Road, to enter
into agreements for such funding, and declaring an emergency.
2. Resolution No. R2015-33, a resolution to make adjustments
to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of
Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending
December 31, 2015. (Nuisance Abatement Fund) (2nd Reading)
3. Ordinance No. O2015-46, an ordinance amending Section
263.01 (Cemetery Board – Establishment; Members) of the Codified Ordinances.

4. Ordinance No. O2015-47, an ordinance amending the sewer
rates levied and assessed in Section 1040.03 of the Codified Ordinances by
adding a surcharge to be applied to infrastructure improvements to the City
sanitary sewerage system, including the pumping, treatment and disposal works.

5. Ordinance No. O2015-48, an ordinance appropriating a fee
simple interest and a temporary easement in certain real property owned by
Melvin and Ethel Armstrong located at parcel number Q6542100000002 (Project
Parcel 49) and declaring an emergency.
6. Ordinance No. O2015-49, an ordinance appropriating a
temporary easement in certain real property owned by W. Eugene Taylor, Trustee
located at parcel number Q6542099000007 (Project Parcel 35) and declaring an
emergency.
7. Ordinance No. O2015-50, an ordinance establishing a
procedure for and authorizing a contract with Constellation NewEnergy Gas for
the purchase of natural gas and declaring an emergency.
8. Ordinance No. O2015-51, an ordinance authorizing a
contract with Capital Electric Line Builders for a railroad/traffic signal
preemption project and declaring an emergency.
