Camp Dates:  Every Saturday beginning September 12th-October 31st 
Grade: 6th – 12th (Co-ed)
Time:  2:30pm-3:30pm 
Location:  Middletown High School
         601 N. Breiel Blvd.
                  Middletown, OH 45042
Price: $100 per player/ $90 if you pay in cash 
*Limited Spots…Only 30 spots available!!
Checks made out to: Kingdom Vision Outreach
*Covers 8 weeks of individual/group training instruction
