LEGISLATION
1. Resolution No. R2015-24, a resolution to make adjustments
to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of
Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending
December 31, 2015. (Appropriations Transfer – General Fund) (2 nd Reading)
2. Ordinance No. O2015-38, an ordinance creating the
position of Staff Attorney in the unclassified service of the City of Middletown and
establishing a pay range for said position, and declaring an emergency.
3. Ordinance No. O2015-39, an ordinance appropriating a
permanent sewer easement and a temporary easement in certain real property
owned by Dick’s Creek Little Muddy Creek Subdistrict of the Miami Conservancy
District located at parcel number Q6542060000015, and declaring an emergency.
4. Ordinance No. O2015-40, an ordinance appropriating
various interests and easements in certain real property owned by AK Steel
Corp. and Affiliated Companies and known as Oxford State Road Project Parcel
Numbers 25, 26, 28, 43 and 58, and declaring an emergency.
5. Ordinance No. O2015-24, an ordinance enacting Chapter
1456 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Middletown establishing regulations for
chronic nuisance abatement. (1st Reading)
6. Resolution No. R2015-25, a resolution to make adjustments
to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of
Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending

agreement granting tax abatement to Manchester Hotel, LLC for redevelopment of 1027 Manchester Avenue

agreement granting tax abatement to Snider Building, LLC for redevelopment of
101 North Main Street (Snider Building aka Sonshine Building) in the Downtown
Middletown Community Reinvestment Area. (1st Reading)
